Formation

Emilie holds a Master’s degree in European and international business law (Paris Dauphine University) and an LL.M (Master of Laws) from Exeter University (England).

Professional experiences

After a rewarding professional experience within an international business law firm in China, and within the legal department of important French companies, Emilie cooperates with Simon Azan since 2015.

She is one of the co-founders of Evolve Avocats.

Interventions

Emilie is involved in all the matters relating to corporate law; she supports in particular start-ups, either French or foreigner, as from their creation and throughout their different phases of development (fundraising, external growth, etc.).

Languages

Emilie works both in French and in English.
