Chloé holds a Master’s degree in Multimedia and Computer Law from the University of Paris-II Panthéon-Assas. She is also graduated from the University of Cork, in Ireland.
Before co-founding Evolve Avocats, Chloé practiced in several independent French law firms specialized in intellectual property, media, digital and new technologies, as well as for two years in the Intellectual Property & Digital department of Altana leading French law firm. Chloé has also developed the Intellectual Property, Digital and Personal Data department within Bochamp law firm as a partner.
These various experiences in counseling and litigation have enabled her to develop an in-depth practice in intellectual property, new technologies and personal data, serving a diverse clientele both French and international, including small and medium companies, start-ups and international groups. Chloé responds to her clients’ issues in a proactive manner, with pragmatism and reactivity.
Chloé regularly works with project developers and start-ups in her areas of expertise within business incubators, and also teaches at the University of Paris-V Descartes on new technologies and personal data law.
