Formation
Renaud holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) from Pennsylvania Wharton University (Philadelphia, USA) and a Master’s degree in business law (Pantheon-Sorbonne University).
Professional experiences
Before participating in the creation of Evolve Avocats, Renaud worked for two top tier Anglo-Saxon law firms (Lovells and Linklaters) and within the legal department of two important international groups (Airbus Helicopters and CMA CGM), mostly in the corporate law area in order to support the development of such companies, but also in the contractual and litigation areas.
As a result of his dual career, Renaud is able to provide legal solutions, improved with operational realism.
Having created and developed an independent law firm supporting entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes, Renaud brings a strong added value to its clients resulting from his understanding of operational issues/problems/matters.
Interventions
Renaud delivers practical training sessions in Master II’S degree of International Business Law at University Aix-Marseille and is a member of the Board of Directors of a Sailing Club in Marseille.
Languages
Renaud works both in French and English.
